Lynnette Greybull is Hunkpapa Lakota, from the band of Sitting Bull of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in North/South Dakota, and is also Northern Arapaho from the Wind River Tribe in Wyoming. Victims of rape, sexual abuse in Native American children, the rise of trafficked victims and uninvestigated murders in Indian Country, provoked her to conduct research and evaluations in 2010. Lynnette found few arrests and convictions of violent sex crimes, investigations, prosecutions and a poor judicial system that does not serve justice. There is an overwhelming lack of victim services. Ms. Greybull presently travels to various Indian Reservations as a mission outreach for Natives in need; moreover, to establish key partnerships to educate, train, evaluate and to promote change in the Native community.
